We designed this jersey with the idea that you'll wear it half the time on its own and half the time under a vest in cooler conditions. So we made it look great no matter which way you use it. The bands on the sleeves and the vertical stripe on the pocket are reflective for low-light visibility. - Made from 100% polyester fleece for extra warmth and wicking - Easy-sliding YKK Vislon zipper - 3 rear pockets - Silicone gripper elastic at waist - Large reflective panels on both sleeves and center pocket

The Right Race Jersey for Speed and Comfort Some triathletes choose long sleeves for the extra speed. Some for the comfort. Some for sun protection. This jersey gives you all three. The aerodynamic speed is unmatched. It's what Castelli does best. We have a year-round testing and development program with the Norwegian Technical University in Trondheim to make our race gear the slickest around. The comfort is what comes from our expert pattern engineers and soft performance Italian fabrics. We reduce the number of seams so that there is less chafing and less to bother you when you should be concentrating on pounding out the run. Sun protection...well, you've trained untold hours for this day. We focus on speed, but we still manage to block 94% of UV rays with our back Velocity mesh fabric that doesn't compromise speed, comfort or breathability. You may want to add some sunscreen, but this fabric provides UPF 16 protection, which is a significant help. Your cotton T-shirt is probably UPF 8. Take note of the well-thought-out details: Castelli's generous two pockets lie flat but hold a lot of gear and nutrition. The SnapLock fasteners clip to Castelli shorts to prevent the top from riding up during the swim or bike. - Freedom of movement in the water, aerodynamics on the bike, comfort on the run - Velocity Rev2 aero fabric on front-facing surfaces - UPF 16 Velocity mesh back blocks 94% of UV light with generous breathability - 2 rear pockets lie flat and prevent nutrition from bouncing around - GIRO3 flat gripper elastic lies flat on lower back - SnapLock fastener at lower back to clip to Free Tri Short to prevent riding up during swim or bike leg - YKK Camlock zipper - Elbow-length sleeves for maximum aerodynamics

A tri top has never been this comfortably fast Tri fashion (and the wind tunnel) have pushed toward short-sleeve tops, but we think there's still a place for the traditional sleeveless top. It's more comfortable on the run and cooler in hot weather. . . And maybe you're just a traditionalist. We've packed this top full of features: the front fabric comes straight from our Tour de France winning aero race jersey, and the back fabric offers maximum breathability. The top has two generous pockets for whatever you need to carry. It has snaplock fastners that clip on to Castelli shorts to prevent the top from riding up during the swim and to keep coverage of the lower back on the bike-then you unclip for added comfort during the run. The YKK zipper makes adjusting the ventilation easier than ever. Finally, we've taken extra care around the armhole to make it lie flat for speed yet remain soft to prevent chafing. - Freedom of movement in the water, aerodynamics on the bike, comfort on the run - Velocity rev2 aero fabric on front-facing surfaces - UPF 16 velocity mesh back blocks 94% of UV rays, with generous breathability - 2 rear pockets lie flat and prevent nutrition from bouncing around - Giro3 flat gripper elastic lies flat on lower back

This is a modern interpretation of the wind shell jacket, the one you keep in your pocket for a long descent or put on for the first hour of the ride until the day warms up. That jacket used to be a simple affair — a nylon shell — but the lack of stretch meant that it had to be cut on the generous side to fit all body shapes, both on and off the bike. We've completely reimagined what the shell jacket should be and how it's constructed. We've added panels on the sides and the sleeves in a very high-stretch yet tightly knit fabric that allows us to give the jacket a modern, close-to-body fit for aero gains on any terrain, and it actually keeps more heat in than a jacket that's flapping about. We've kept it very compact so that it can pack away into minimal space in a jersey pocket. The stretch panels are treated for water repellency, which will help in a light mist, but this is not meant to be a true rain jacket. - Coated ripstop nylon front and back and front of sleeves to keep wind off - Tightly knit stretch panels on sides and sleeves allow for perfect fit - High collar to keep drafts out - Reflective details on chest and lower back for low-light visibility

The ultimate race short You know Castelli can make a great bike short. This one doesn't disappoint, thanks to amazing fit, the quick-drying instadry fabric that gives compressive muscle support, and the renowned kiss tri seat pad. New giro4 leg grippers hold the longer legs in place without riding up. For the swim we've made the short smoother through the water, and the back pocket will lie flat to avoid catching water. The snaplock closure clips to your Castelli top to keep it from riding up. On the run, the short basically disappears. The kiss tri seat pad is thin enough you don't really notice it, while the Instadry speed fabric provides the support you need, and here you'll appreciate the extra support layer in the front. - Instadry speed fabric is fast in the swim with minimal water absorption - Free construction for great anatomic fit - Kiss tri seat pad is comfortable on the bike and virtually disappears on the run - Snaplock fastener at waist to clip jersey into place for swim and bike - Flat-lock stitching

We don't recommend this for long or even medium-length rides in full sun, but this is the best option we know of for those evening rides in the hottest days of summer, or if you're trying to even out your tan. The top features a wrap construction across the front with an elastic band under the bust, but with the racer back construction it works well with many sports bras. The softlex fabric is stretchy for a great fit, and there are 2 pockets on the back. - Softlex fabric for soft stretch with a cotton-like hand - Racer back construction - Double-layer cross-wrap front with 3 cm elastic band under bust - 2 rear pockets

The Entrata Thermal Glove focuses on the essential elements of a winter cycling glove. We made the outer layer both windproof for warmth and stretchy for comfort. With an elastic cuff at the wrist, it's easy to slip on and off. - Windproof stretch outer layer over PrimaLoft insulation layer - Full lightly brushed inner layer for next-to-skin comfort - Synthetic suede palm with silicone grip texture - Touchscreen index and thumb - Slip-on wrist construction

The ideal tight for most of your winter riding, the Velocissimo is focused on comfort for riding in mild to cool conditions. We've used our Thermoflex fabric for most of the tight. It's not our warmest fabric, nor does it repel water like Nano Flex, but it is the softest, stretchiest winter tight fabric. The comfort is immediate and lasting. For the lower leg from just below the knee, we switch to our Nano Flex fleeced stretch-woven fabric that's both warm and highly water repellent for protection against spray coming off wet roads. It's also highly stretchy, and we leave a raw edge so we can construct the ankles without zippers while making sure the tight remains easy to put on and take off. The Kiss Air2 seat pad and mesh bibs keep your bum and upper body happy, while large reflective detailing keeps you visible. - Thermoflex fabric from knee to waist for warmth and comfort - Nano Flex stretch-woven fabric with brushed fleece inside at lower leg for splash protection from wet roads - KISS Air2 seat pad - Mesh bib straps - Zipperless ankle to reduce bulk inside shoe covers - Reflective inserts on thighs for visibility on back and sides

The first aero jersey project was called Split Second When Castelli engineered the first aero jersey for road racing back in 2006, everyone thought we were crazy. Back then, aero was only for TTS. Performance clothing meant moisture management. And you could win the Tour de France with a baggy jersey that was little more than a polyester t-shirt. Even our aerodynamic consultants expected limited gains, so we named the jersey split second, though, like now, we thought even small gains were worth pursuing. In the end the gains were pretty substantial, and we completely revolutionized the look of the pro peloton. We're now on the sixth major revision of our aero jersey. Each generation has become more aero and better fitting. The aero race 6. 0 benefits heavily from CFD analysis of wake flow in the riding position for fabric and seam placement. It also benefits from pro riders' feedback, as we've worked to make the jersey comfortable for their long hours of training and then racing in every possible weather condition. Version 6.0 is our most aero and most comfortable aero race jersey yet. But we're already at work on 6.1. . . - CFD-based fabric placement and seam construction - Engineered for aero efficiency at 30 to 55 km/h - Airflow shoulder construction - Velocity Rev2 fabric on front and sleeve - 3D mesh back for breathability

NEAR WEIGHTLESS PROTECTION We have reinterpreted the classic wind vest to make it as svelte as the rest of your wardrobe. This vest is designed to completely block the wind on the front while allowing ample breathability on the back. The fabrics are so impossibly light that you'll be surprised at how much warmer you stay with this vest over your standard jersey. But the magic comes from the cut and the stretch fabric on the back, which take up all the loose fabric and make the vest fit close to body without feeling tight or looking ridiculous. When you're ready to take it off, the vest folds into its rear pocket and stashes away, taking up minimal space in your jersey pocket. - Ultralight windproof woven microfiber front - Striped mesh back is stretchy to avoid fabric flapping in the wind - Folds up extremely small - Rear pocket - YKK Vislon zipper - Reflective piping - 12°-20°C / 54°-68°F - Weight: 75g

This jacket does three things really well: the Tempesta Stretch fabric provides full waterproof protection, the four-way stretch makes it fit any body type, and it looks great on and off the bike. Compared with our more expensive GORE-TEX Idro jackets, you give up the best-in-class breathability and extreme packability, but you gain a stretch fit and increased durability. We developed the fabric to our own specifications to make a jacket that is fully waterproof, comfortably stretchy, packable enough to fit in a jersey pocket, and with an appearance and hand that make it look great. This is meant to be a rain shell worn over a jersey, so we've forgone the external pockets and kept the construction simple to minimize seams. We've given it a vent on the back to prevent overheating, a covered zip to keep spray out, and reflectivity for safety. - Tempesta Stretch fabric with windproof PU membrane provides 10,000 mm waterproofness with 20,600 g/m2/24h breathability - Taped shoulder seams for waterproofing - Stretchy for an extremely comfortable fit that moves with you - Packable enough to fit in a jersey pocket - Covered easy-sliding YKK Vislon zipper - Extra-long tail for protection from wheel spray - Vent on back - Reflective stripe at the lower back

And now for something totally different. We've created a performance jacquard-knit fabric. It took a while to get there because we weren't willing to compromise fit, stretch, moisture management or comfort. It still feels like a Castelli jersey, but with the design actually integrated into the fabric. Beyond the fabric, we've finished this jersey with thoughtful design touches like the collar that tapers to the zipper, Castelli's drop-pocket design with reflective piping, and a raw-cut elastic sleeve ending. - Jacquard-knit extra-wicking stretch fabric - 2-way stretch for great fit while holding pockets in place - Raw-edge elastic sleeve endings - YKK Vislon zipper - 3 rear pockets - Drop-tail design with reflective piping
